Meet Mfoniso “Joshua” the Resident Pastor of Winners Chapel International, Odessa, Texas where he has faithfully served and inspired many with his dedication, wisdom, and heart for people. He is a devoted servant of God, a passionate leader, and a man committed to both spiritual growth and excellence in all areas of life. He is a teacher of the principles of faith centered on the twelve pillars of the commission.

He is known for his visionary, servant-hearted, and empowering leadership style. As the Resident Pastor, he leads with humility, clarity of purpose, and a deep commitment to God’s Word.

Beyond the pulpit, he is academically accomplished. He holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise Resource Planning and Digital Supply Chain Management, combining his faith-driven leadership with a keen understanding of modern systems and strategic management. He has served in various capacities in the church over the years.

He is a loving husband to Carol Etudor, and together they are blessed with three wonderful children. As a family, they exemplify grace, unity, and the joy of walking in purpose.
